-  The flange mounted stainless steel probe enables easily assembly and disassembly. Glass bead thermistor with lead wire is potted in SUS tube, with outstanding performance at high temperature. This unit is usually locked in warmer or microwave, with probe protruding into the heating area. The application temperature can be even higher if the lead wire is replaced with XLPE or Teflon. Different terminal and connector are available as well.
