- The NTC chip is soldered to PVC lead wire and simply coated with Epoxy resin. This compact, dipped sensor is usually used in battery pack, with its fast response time and smaller size. Epoxy coating ensures fair insulation and stability under room temperature. PVC, Teflon or enameled dumet wire are all available, by different working temperature.
