-Grounded thermocouple offers faster respond time, more accurate reading at short distance. It’s preferred junction type for high temperature application. Not suitable for location with electromagnetic induction on radio frequency due to its susceptibility to induced noise from ground loops. Bayonet fitting is commonly used in extruder and plastic processing industry by its easy installation and removal.
