-PT100 thermistor is welded to leading wire, and then potted in stainless steel pipe. With flange fixed outside, it can be easily locked onto the device. With fiberglass tube and special Teflon wire, the probe can measure up to 850℃ whereas the wire can tolerate up to 250℃. It is commonly used in grill machine, oven and stove. Different connector is applicable.
